TeaXchange: What is Tea?

Quite a start! Our first ever TeaXchange workshop at Brooklyn Society For Ethical Culture.

We talked about all sorts of names we would come by with 'tea' attached, the tea plant, some common terminologies people will use when you drink tea,  the six categories of teas and what makes a good cup of tea. oh, yeah... we tried teas.
