"It's been fun to try the tea samples that Ting presents and discuss them with other participants at each session. I've learned so much about different teas and the process of making them. Ting's presentations about tea's history, the regions where it is grown, and the impact it has had on so many cultures also have been fascinating. What a great way to discover more about tea and have an enjoyable time doing it!"

IN THE WORLD MAP OF TEA
Jan 7, 2018
If I have to pick my favorite workshop so far, this is it. I learned so much when I did all the research and I enjoyed every single moment of it.
We talked about the age of homo habilis, discovering the connections of our lives through tea through the rise and fall of different civilizations till modern time.
The question is, where are we going? with tea and with our world...
Teas we sipped along:
Golden Needle Yunnan (China)
Yanki Special (Darjeeling, India)
Amber Red (Nepal)
